What makes The Wick & Wax Lab candles unique?
Our candles are inspired by nostalgic desserts and hand-poured in small batches using a premium soy/paraffin wax blend. We focus on creating unique designs and indulgent fragrances that spark joy and comfort in every space.
What materials do you use in your candles?
We use a soy/paraffin wax blend for a clean, long-lasting burn. Our candles are infused with premium fragrance oils and crafted with zinc-core, lead-free wicks for safety and performance.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 9.5oz candles have an approximate burn time of 35 hours, perfect for filling your space with delightful scents over multiple uses.
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our candles are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
How should I care for my candle to get the best results?
To maximize the life and performance of your candle: Trim the wick before each burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
Where can I buy your candles?
Our candles are available exclusively on our website. You can also find us at select pop-up markets and events, follow us on Instagram for updates!
Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.
My candle arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wickandwaxlab.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order details. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund depending on item availability.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will send the correct product to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding to international shipping soon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-7 business days. You\u2019ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
